If you think my posts are wrong, show me where.
America has chosen to make world affairs, including other nations' business, its own business.
If you can't handle the criticism when things go wrong, you should get out of the kitchen!
As far as my posts on Gun Control: - You don't have to agree with them.
That's fine, because there are a lot of other people who do agree with my views.
If you cannot show me where my views are wrong, maybe its because it is you who actually have not given full and fair consideration to the viewpoint from the other side......

You have great disdain for my Country, it is apparent from your hundreds of posts here, so be it I respect your right to feel that way.
Ah yeah they have freedom of speech up North, especially when the burn cars, break the windows of local business owners, other wise show their ass to the world, but yet we shall condemn American with all our problems..........seems I studied in literature "civil disobedience"...............so I guess we are just moving on..........
I doubt if Gary is burning cars. breaking windows or otherwise ass showing, nor do the vast majority of Canadians (and "some of my best friends are actually Canadians") , but, you can see 'all-the-above' going on too regularly in the "peaceful demonstrations" put on by the anti-everything retards in numerous USA cities ... Try Oakland CA or Detroit for example.

"PUSH TO FLUSH"
It is a mistake to conflate "understanding...the views and thought processes" of an opposite and "respect" for those thoughts. For example, I understand Jihadists and the milieu from which they spring, yet I have no respect for them at all. While that example is resorting to an extreme for effect, I similarly understand very well the formation of Leftist/Progressive/Statist/Collectivist/Marxist thought which is grounded in theft rather than the former's religious zeal, yet find the philosophies both loathsome. Respect must be earned, not given, but lively conversation does not depend it.

Well for starters, how are you and the problem listed above any different? Same same to me. You degrade America and Americans for doing this, yet you are doing the exact same thing by posting your ideas of what you think ,yet one is wrong and you are right? Nope. pot/kettle. It is none of your business in actuality, yet you make it your business, are you part of the problem as well?
If you care about the way our Country is heading, remind every voter that the "cesspools" MUST be pumped out when we go to the polls in 2010!!
Take it to email guys.......

I regret to say it, but Gary might be right. Why think where the world would be if America wasn't here, meddling in other people's affairs...
1. There would be no Jew's because Hitler would have eradicated them.
2. We would all likely be speaking one of two languages, either German or Japanese.
3. A lot of third world countries, and their tin pot dictators would be much poorer, and with fewer facilities then they already have.
4. Canada would have no one to sell their oil to, that is convenient.
5. China would be much weaker financially because there would not be a major country that could buy the quantity and variety of goods that the US does, and the world would be missing its' largest trading partner.
6. Korea, and much of the world would likely either Communist, if Germany and Japan had not been defeated, or Fascist, if Japan and Germany had won, or just as bad, under the influence of the Kaiser.
7. The internet, and these forums would not exist, or would be severely restricted, kind of like China does.
8. On a positive note, if you choose to believe the "man - caused" Global warming tripe, there would not be nearly as many cars.
9. Canada would not have its' largest trading partner, well, if Canada even existed. I am of the opinion that one of the greatest protections that Canada has is being neighbors to the United States, because if someone attacked Canada, the United States would quickly, and with certainty, come to their defense, and all the political leaders know it.
Yep, sounds to me like there is no room in the world for a Country like the United States to interfere with foreign affairs. For the life of me, I cannot understand how come nearly every person that I have talked to from the eastern provinces of Canada seems to hate the US. Look at a map, and tell me where your most populous cities are, and how dependent they are on the US.
If you don't make someone elses life better, what good is yours?
Weighty decisions are easy to make, when you aren't burdened by all the necessary information
The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings. The inherent virtue of communism is the sharing of misery. -Winston Churchill_
I don't agree that the eastern provinces hate the US. In talking with Canadians over the years I've come to the conclusion that an ultra conservative Canadian has about the same political views as a moderate liberal would have in the US. It's just the way socialism permeates society. Socialism demands that people surrender individuality.
Still, 90% of Canadians live within 100 miles of the US border, maybe familiarity breeds contempt.
Thanks Scooter!
Let me add a few you missed!
1 / - The US has always gotten involved in the affairs of other nations ONLY when it was of benefit to the goals of the US, or was an advantage for the US to do so.
2 / - The US was the Last Nation to step in to offer aid in WWII, long after all the other allies did, and would not have gotten involved unless it looked like we were going to loose, as they knew the US would be the next target on the agenda....The US neither fought WWII alone, and certainly did not win it alone....
3 / - There would be different leaders in many third world nations, other than the corrupt tin pot dictators there are now, if the leaders their people had actually voted for were allowed to take office....
4 / - China would be weaker financially if all the business leaders who got started in N America did not decide to move to the cheaper labour China supplies, at the cost of so many good-paying jobs here....
5 / - Canada might actually have a more vibrant defense Industry if successful and superior Projects like the Avro Arrow had been allowed to compete, and were not scuttled as a result of heavy lobbying from the US....And then scoop up our brightest aerospace engineers to work at NASA.....
6 / - If Canada is so dependant on the US, why does the balance of trade show the exact opposite...?
