    I still have to apply the marinade

    Chicken Breast
    Zucchini
    Banana Squash
    Portabello Mushroom
    Red Bell Pepper
    Cherry Tomato

    it's only 90* outside here, be in the mid 80's when I start cooking.

    Not so fancy around here---I'm back from Long Island--my wife is in FL---and it is "man stuff"

    One quart each of green beans and wax beans from my Amish friends, Mexican (documented and legal) rice and a smoked pork chop from the butcher shop

    Tossed a smoked ham hock in the pot, about a 1/2 a bulb of garlic, one tbsp of thyme (dry) and about an hour latter--the beans--for an another hour

    Me thinks I'll have beans again for breakfast
